Return, Exchange & Refund Policy


Important Notes for Returns & Exchanges


  • All purchases made during sales, promotional offers, or "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" campaigns are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition for hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased free of cost as part of any promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must be returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Each order is eligible for return or exchange only once.
  • Misprints, slight color variations, and natural irregularities in handcrafted products are not considered defects and are signs of authenticity.
  • Products purchased from marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, or any third-party seller are not eligible for return or exchange through our website or store.
  • Atri reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all return, exchange, and refund requests.


Refund Policy


  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Monetary refunds will only be provided in cases where a wrong or damaged product has been delivered.
  • In all other eligible cases, refunds will be issued as Store Credit only.
  • Store Credit cannot be encashed, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
  • Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy


  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at:

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled after dispatch, the refund will be processed after the product is received back at our warehouse.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


Return Policy


  • If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the product
  • An unboxing video of the package
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.
  • Once approved, the product must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • If return pickup service is available in your location, we will arrange the pickup.
  • If pickup service is unavailable, you will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  • Return shipping charges of ₹150 will be deducted from the Store Credit amount issued.
  • The return process may take 10–15 working days depending on logistics and quality checks.
  • After successful quality inspection, Store Credit will be issued within 2–3 working days.


Exchange Policy


  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange is available for both size and design, subject to stock availability.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
  • No discount codes, promotional offers, or prepaid discounts can be applied on exchange orders.
  • If the exchanged product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid in advance. COD is not available for exchange orders.
  • If the exchanged product is of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as Store Credit.
  • Exchange pickup will be arranged where service is available.
  • In locations where pickup service is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product at their own expense.
  • Products must be returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • The exchange process may take 10–15 working days.
  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the replacement order will be processed within 2–3 working days.
  • Orders that have already been exchanged cannot be returned again.


Change of Mind Returns (Size, Color, Material, or Design Preference)


If you wish to return a product due to personal preference and not because of a defect:

  1. The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 7023800767 or email at atrihandmadebag@gmail.com.
  2. Refunds will be provided only in the form of Store Credit.
  3. Store Credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
  4. Store Credit may be used to purchase any available product from our website.
  5. If the replacement product costs more than the returned product, the customer must pay the price difference.
  6. Shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
