Shipping Information

As per Indian Government guidelines, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

Since all Atri bags are handcrafted and made-to-order, bag orders are generally dispatched within 4–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

All clothing orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse through reputed courier partners. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service availability.

Shipping is free on all orders within India.

Please note that Atri shall not be responsible for orders received by an alternative person at the delivery address provided by the customer.

Change of Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice any error in the shipping address, kindly contact us immediately via email at atrihandmadebag@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes or modifications to the shipping address.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier partner details.

You can also track your order by signing into your account on our website.

Delivery Delays

We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays in India.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Atri cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Transportation disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Courier service interruptions
• Other unforeseen circumstances
